Greg Knapp

The Greg Knapp Experience is at the forefront of talk radio's next generation. Each weekday, Greg strives to give the listener a different angle on the current events and politics of the day, telling opinionated stories and making them relevant to the listener. A former mental health counselor and felony probation officer, Knapp has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology.

Before entering syndication, Knapp anchored afternoon drive on 570 KLIF in Dallas for the last five years and held the highest ratings for late afternoons on KLIF for the last seven years. He has also won the Dallas Press Club's Katie award for "Best Talk Show Host in the six state region", an area that includes Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico and Arkansas, for two consecutive years. Prior to his stint in Dallas, Knapp ranked number one in afternoon drive on WOKV Jacksonville and hosted the number one morning show on WSKY Gainesville, FL.

Knapp has been a leader in supporting the troops, spearheading the creation of organizations that sent care packages to troops in Iraq and gave assistance to Texas military families with special needs.

He has also been a guest on Fox News Channel's The O'Reilly Factor, Heartland with John Kasich and CNN. In addition, he writes an opinion column that has been published in the Dallas Morning News and several other newspapers.
