Guest opinion: 'No one tricked me' into serving in Iraq

The following was written in response to a June 30 guest opinion by Tucsonan Gretchen Nielsen under the headline, "Pride, parenthood and an unjust war."
TROOP SUPPORT RALLY
WEDNESDAY MORNINGS
2302 E. Speedway
Set-up: 6 a.m.
Rally: 7:15 - 9 a.m.
(MOVING OFFICES--IMMEDIATELY TO FOLLOW)
Tucson police officer fatally shoots biting dog

First off why is it that the AZ Star headline writers always choose phrasing that makes the police officer sound like they were in the wrong? Every time! It's never "Angry dog dies while biting police officer," or "Police officer defends himself against attacking dog," etc.. Yes I am nitpicking but then again the paper did decide this story warranted coverage. Which brings me to the next question. Why is this even a story? Out of all the events that local law enforcement are involved in today why is it this one makes the news. Because a doggie died and we must always talk about shootings and animals, right? This is a non story that serves no purpose what so ever to the public. So what if an officer had to defend himself against a dog and the dog died? That police officer did what he had to do and the mean doggie paid the price. As the story says there will be an internal investigation, there always is as far as I know when an officer uses his weapon. But seriously, with all that our local law enforcement do to serve and protect can we please not make an issue over this. Crap happens and anyone else would have done the same thing.
Obama to accept nomination at 76K-seat stadium

So how do you create an event that will get everyone enthusiastic and wrapped up in hype when you have little substance to offer? You make plans to create a rock concert style event that will be covered and talked about for weeks leading up to it and you do it in a football stadium. I could care less that Obama has an ego so big he feels obligated to allow his worshippers a chance to come to his self proclaimed speech to end all speeches. The bottom line is that it will be a massive event, it will bring people all kinds of hope for change in the future and make people enthusiastic for a day. But will that translate to votes? Will the hype of one event extend out for the remaining 68 days after leading to the Nov election? Hope and change is all but gone from Obamas campaign and this event will probably bring it back for a few days. If this election has shown us anything it's that things can change on a dime with a poll or a debate. Will ObamaFest 08 make a difference in whether he wins or loses? Probably not. Does an event like this hurt John McCain? Yes in as much as I doubt John McCain could fill up anything near the size of Denver stadium, but who is to say Obama will either?

New Cars in California Must Display Global Warming Score

Here is your Never Ending Parade of Stupid story for a Tuesday. How lucky are the people of California that they get to proudly drive around their new cars with little stickers displaying the ignorance and lie being perpetuated by those on the left in the name of Global Warming. It's a Global Warming warning label, along the same lines of the Parental Advisory labels on CD's. You can now either drive around feeling good because your car is a perfect 10 or be ashamed because you are such a horrible person that your car rating is only 5. Can I please get the new car with a 1 rating just so I can make the elite on left mad?
Migrant arrests severing parents from kids
Children are U.S. citizens; their parents are not

(picture taken from the Tucson Citizen)
I don't usually set out to blog or talk about stories by thinking, "Hmm today we should talk about immigration." I choose to blog or discuss topics simply because they interest me, and they may or may not always be as important or interesting to the listener or blog reader. Today I have two different immigration stories that I came across while working on the show. They really highlight the problem we face with illegal immigration and it's not the problem that the people who wrote the stories would like you to believe. In this first article we hear about the sad tale of children whose parents broke the law and now they have to suffer for it. The harsh reality is that this is the responsibility of the parents who decided to put their children at risk of this abandonment. We do have programs in place to help children who are citizens but whose parents are here in the country illegally and are then appropriately deported. Now as this article clearly shows not all these children are taken care of under the government care. These children in my opinion, while it's sad, are victims of war. A war on illegal immigration and until we start acting and treating this like war we are going to get nowhere. Sympathy is a luxury we cannot afford when we are faced with an illegal immigration problem so large that billions are wasted and the sovereignty of these United States is threatened on a day to day basis both internally and externally.
Immigration: Why Prudencia died

(picture taken from the Tucson Citizen)
The second story is a lovely little history lesson that is supposed to make us feel some type of compassion for an individual who died fleeing Guatemala because of the authors assertion that US led operations forced them to flee. While the history is indeed interesting and might actually be true, I fail to see how there is anyone but this individual that needs to be held responsible for her death in the desert. The first question you could ask is that if she was indeed fleeing Guatemala then why didn't she just stay in Mexico? The author says it's because her boyfriend was here. Ok, fair enough but.....if it was the US involvement in military operations forced her to flee her homeland than why in the world would anyone with half a brain want to risk their life by crossing the desert into the very country that wronged them in the first place? All of these arguments are meaningless in the face of the reality that regardless of your reason, race, gender, religion etc. - if you come across that border illegally you are breaking US laws and are at the risk of the elements. Just as much as I would be if I decided to take a walk thru the Sonoran Desert without water and died from the heat. Once again sympathy is a luxury we cannot afford when we are faced with an illegal immigration problem so large that billions are wasted and the sovereignty of these United States is threatened on a day to day basis both internally and externally. The most compassionate thing that could ever be done for anyone who has, will, or is planning to cross that border is to seal it up tight with a wall 100 feet tall and enforce the laws we have to their fullest extent. When the US takes the steps needed to stop the flow of illegals and force those here illegally out then we can talk about a need, if any, for immigration reform.

On Mondays show:
Jon Justice Returns from Vacation!
AZ STAR Our View: Declare freedom from electronic tethers

It looks like someone at the AZ Star was inspired a little too much by WALL-E. I get the idea that maybe we could all reconnect if we put down all of the electronic devices, sat around the camp fire, roasted marshmallows and talked about the new world in the wake of the pending "Global Warming" disaster, yeah I get that. Sure that may seem great in the fantasy world that liberals so desperately wish they lived in. But the reality is that one day away from your electronics will do nothing to help everyone around you or more importantly yourself. Why, you ask? Because once that day is over we just plug back in for the other 6 days. I also like how the paper feels that the money we save should go to a charity? If you do indeed save any money, which is doubtful since you just have to make up for the lost day of emails and texting, what is so wrong with using that money for yourself or your family? In the liberal fantasy land your hard efforts should mostly be used for the common good of your fellow man. How dare someone do something for themselves. I love the line in the article that if you do this you will make "Everyone feel better". "Feel" is actually the best word to describe what the paper is trying to accomplish here - it feels good, so do it. The truth is that we all should be doing a better job of communicating with each other everyday, and that doesn't mean you turn off your electronic devices, you learn to work with them and not sacrifice the quality time too. I have seen people who are addicted to their blackberry or texting or internet. Those people need to find the balance. Taking a day off their addictions will solve nothing. To people like the editorial staff at the AZ Star it's everyone and everything else's fault that you are are the way you are. They blame the technology for your/their inability to communicate with friends and family. The bottom line here is that those that wrote the article are the ones looking for the excuse. They don't want to look inward and say, "maybe I am the one who should be regulating my cell phone use." So instead they justify their own lack of personal responsibility by blaming anyone but themselves. All this is is "Earth Hour" part 2 and is solves nothing.

BREAKING NEWS: No ice at the North Pole...........?

Run for your lives! The Global Warming wackos are at it again! The headline on the Drudge Report still reads at the time I wrote this that there may be no ice at the North Pole this year! SHOCKING! Umm, not really. Guess what? It's been happening for years. Check out the pic above from 1987. It's amazing how these Global Warming cultists will throw out their claims as proof the Global Warming is real and all you need to do is a Google search to get the truth. No ice on the North Pole?...not the first time. Also check out this great summary from 1817.
(This) affords ample proof that new sources of warmth have been opened and give us leave to hope that the Arctic Seas may at this time be more accessible than they have been for centuries past, and that discoveries may now be made in them not only interesting to the advancement of science but also to the future intercourse of mankind and the commerce of distant nations."

Fatal Arizona Home Invasion Sparks Fears of Mexican Military Involvement

I get sent a lot of great information, especially about our fight against illegal immigration. So much information, that I have to pick and choose what stories to cover due to the limitation of show time. This is one story that I had been keeping a close eye on now for a few days. There seems to be a lot of confusion and obvious concern about where these individuals were from. I think the bigger issue isn't so much where or who trained them, but can we expect more of this type of criminal activity in the future? We cannot continue to have an attitude anymore that it "can't happen here." Nor can we continue to ignore that we are at war on the border. I continue to see grim tales of people dying in droves just south of our US border and this is only going to compound the illegal immigration problem and the criminal element that comes with it. This also highlights the serious problem we have with border rights groups, enthic studies supporters, and groups like MECHA that choose to ignore the criminal activity associated with illegal immigration. Most importantly we cannot continue to allow our police to be under staffed and not armed to the teeth to combat this potential threat to our community.
Supreme Court Strikes Down D.C. Gun Ban, Upholds Individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms

Our Supreme Court steps up and does what is right. It is a great day for these United States of America.

Speeding tickets may carry no points
So our state officials want you to speed. They need 90 million to offset their bad spending and the are willing to put the public at risk to get it. There is only two ways this can go and neither are good for the taxpayer. The first scenario has the too young and stupid, along with the rich who don't mind paying to drive fast racing around at reckless speeds because they aren't at risk of losing their license or insurance. This would be a major risk for motorists who choose to obey the laws. The second is that people actually slow down because of the increase of radar cameras. Therefore the state doesn't get the money they need, resulting in more cameras to offset the motorists who are obeying the laws. In the end the state will never get the money they need and end up just taxing everyone anyway. Once again we need to do a better job as voters and contact our state and local officials. Those elected officials who support these dangerous proposals need to know that their jobs are on the line the next time the voters have their say.

Saudi Arabia Arrests 701 Al Qaeda-Linked Militants Plotting 'Oil Attacks'

So if Al Qaeda sees potential to harm the US by damaging Saudi oil production, and we have a Congress that still won't allow the US oil companies to drill for our own oil, then what does that say about Congress? Without turning this into a "Congress supports terrorists" argument, it is an interesting scenario. Our enemies know they can hurt the US via attacks on our oil supply, and yet we have the capabilities to remove the threat entirely, if we could just get at all the oil the US has at it's disposal. I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to throw something at my TV when some Senate Democrat spouts the lines "It would take 20 years and we can't wait that long, we must look for alternative energy." First off that 20 years is a stretch and I have heard from plenty that if we start off shore drilling we could be getting our own barrels in 1 years time. But here is the other question, why can't we do both? We are already looking for alternative fuels and energy sources, so why can't we drill at the same time to alleviate the pain we are suffering? The mideast oil we rely on would certainly feel threatened and maybe even drop their prices if they thought for a second that the US was going to get it's own oil. But no this is all too simple. We have too many short sighted liberals who would love to see $8.00 a gallon gas force Americans to ride bicycles, drive up food prices and make people more dependent on government.
Massachusetts Lawmaker's Pledge to 'Rip Apart' Child Rape Victims at Trial Draws Fury

I was sick beyond words when I read about this story. First off it's more than a shame that the law didn't pass that would allow for the death penalty if someone is convicted of child rape. You are no longer a human in my opinion if you are willing to do this most heinous of crimes. No child or parent should ever have to endure this suffering at the hands of someone who has no regard for decency and what it means to be a member of a civil society. Nor do I feel that rehabilitation is possible with these people. Then comes this defense attorney who by all means should not be allowed to practice law if this is the kind of grand standing he would do in the face of such a serious crime. I understand the role of defense attorneys, but this is sick vile talk coming from someone who is supposed to be a defender of the public. There is doing your job and then there is crossing the line. He crossed the line and should not be let off the hook just because "this is what defense attorneys do". We aren't talking about lawsuits or petty crime, we are talking about abusing a child. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial, but this defense attorney would be unfair to the very children who may or may not have been abused. Even if a child were lying about an event surely the jury and any good attorney could find this out in the process of the trail without destroying the life of the child on the witness stand in the process.
Gallup Daily: Obama, McCain Tied at 45%

Just because I thought you might like to know. While McCain is not even close to the greatest GOP candidate, he is still better than Obama and with months to go it looks like we actually have a race....for now...

Gas prices have stopped climbing - for now I witnessed something amazing today. The gas station near the radio station dropped their price from 3.99 to 3.95 overnight! While that alone is dumbfounding, get this... when I left work the price dropped to 3.83! Prices are still stupidly high, but in some places they are dropping or leveling off. This really got me thinking, how bad is everything? We have been talking about the economy for awhile now, but just a few months ago it was all talk about a pending recession that never came. The gas prices were back burner stuff and it was all about the doom and gloom of the housing market, lack of consumer confidence, businesses closing etc..then as quickly as it came the bad economy was replaced by the rising fuel prices and that's where we are today. Now I am not going to act like the prices for gas haven't had their effect, but need I mention that we all got a few hundred dollars from Mr Bush that more than offset those prices? All of this is simply to highlight once again that sometimes, a lot of the time and yes most of the time - perception is everything. When Wal-Mart Moves In, Neighborhood Businesses Suffer. Right? This one goes out to all those Wal-Mart haters out there. I like Wal-Mart, I have always shopped at Wal-Mart (and no, I don't own stock in Wal-Mart). Nobody put a gun to my head and forced me to shop at Wal-Mart. The harsh truth is that I also feel little sympathy for the little guy who says Wal-Mart put them out of business. Ok that is not entirely true, I would feel bad, but I would never blame Wal-Mart. As this story goes to show, you can still be a success as long as you do it better than the other guy. Wal-Mart was once a small company that did do it better than the other guy and now is doing better than almost anyone. 5 feet, few clues make 1 big B.C. mystery What I dig about this story is that it is actually a true mystery. It's not like the infamous Michelle Obama "Whitey" video that may or may not exist. It's not like the Denver Alien video that is more than likely fake despite the fact that we all know it's perfectly normal for aliens to peep through windows. This story has the evidence and no explanation. How do you end up with feet missing and no body walking around with a limp going "Hey I have been looking for those". Some of the reasons seem plausible but it still seems pretty bizarre. If there were no shoes attached to the feet then at the very least we could point to those random shoes you always see all over town in the gutter or strung over power lines. That's a fun mystery in and of itself. Seriously, how does someone just lose a shoe? Andrew's random video for Wednesday: In honor of Neal Boortz visiting Tucson this week, I thought I'd look for a video about him or his show. I found this... it's just an excerpt from his show set to pictures, but it's worth a listen. I remember this call when it happened - and it's no less moving now than it was last year about this time. It's long, but worth it.

Leal issues solo call for Hein to resign
Other critical City Council members avoid taking stance
The council took their frustrations out in the open over the weekend (See yesterdays blog) while the public and other government entities have been expressing their frustrations with Hein and the council for months. Now it's time for our city council to show some leadership. The public deserves to see our city council step up and handle the problem. Regardless of what happens to Hein the council needs to realize they cannot keep operating the way they have been. We know that Mike Hein has failed to provide a budget that funded our TPD, but the council still passed that budget. They all must be held accountable. If they fire Hein it is only a symptom to a much larger problem.

Zero Seconds Equals Zero Incidents
Today we'll talk to Terrill Struttmann, Executive Director of Harrison's Hope. Every year we hear about these tragedies with kids left in cars, and the real shame is that these incidents are so easy to avoid. Let's help spread the word.
County details range of 'green' practices it hopes to implement

Because the county officials now feel we are bad as humans we must now 'go green' in order to make ourselves feel better.
Promising to "lead by doing," Pima County is developing a plan to make county operations greener and more sustainable. While county officials say the plan will save money in the long run, they acknowledge some of the measures will have significant upfront costs.
Most of the "green" plans are things that do nothing to actually help the enviroment, i.e. buying Hybrids (which have been documented to be great fuel savers, but not so good for mother nature), more training on how to be green and use of many other expensive products that are low "carbon emitters." It's really sad that so many government officials have adopted this global warming craze, especially when we live in an area that could certainly have used its money to address real environmental issues.
Obama Camp Drops Familiar ‘Presidential Seal’
Campaign manager says, "Oopsies, our bad"

I am starting to be convinced that the Obama campaign does stupid things that can easily be taken back to hide the other stupid things they need to say to win this election. So they tweak the POTUS Seal to fit the Obama campaign only to take say 'sorry' and take it back. But then he plays the race card saying the GOP will tell people to fear him because he is black, but now doesn't have to take that back. How many different mistakes is this campaign going to make before the media starts treating him more like a presidential candidate and less like the inevitable winner as if John McCain wasn't even running?
McCain proposes $300M prize for new auto battery

In the meantime we have John McCain who is acting more like a crazy uncle then the next leader of these United States. You know the uncle I am talking about, the one who has led an amazing life, has wonderful stories to tell about how great America is and even offers up real world solutions to problems like allowing drilling offshore for oil. But then that same uncle turns around and starts saying stupid things like, " you know what would be great, a contest for $300 million for the person who can replace conventional cars with flying cars...you know like the Jetsons!" Ok so McCain didn't exactly suggest flying cars. But he did suggest the contest for a better battery. The problem with this idea is that the race for the next alternative energy automobile is already on and the winner has way more to gain than the 300 million dollars of tax payer money McCain is offering. Not to mention the tax breaks for no carbon emission cars, because Global Warming is real you know (I hope you can sense the sarcasm there). In the middle of all of this is Libertarian Bob Barr who I now hear may actually hurt John McCain in some key states. This is not a good thing people. I can't believe I am going to say this, but I can't wait for these next 4 years to go by so that hopefully our options will be better than they are now.

Welcome to Mondays Never Ending Parade of Stupid:
City manager's shaky status revealed in bus-fare session

So it looks like the city council thinks the best way to avoid any critics over their inability to make good decisions is to pass the buck and blame someone else. City Manager Mike Hein works for the city council. The city council has no one to blame but themselves if they are have a problem with Mike Hein. The really sad part is that all of this controversy is coming from the Bus Fare hike and not the lack of funding for our TPD. If I could venture a guess, this is how the city council addresses the public frustration over lack of TPD officer funds. They use a mini controversy to call out Mike Hein on everything else. Without having to address the TPD funding and therefore make those fringe groups who do support the council but not our police. While I don't believe Mike Hein is doing a good job, it's unfair to scapegoat him when the city council is ultimately responsible. It's finger pointing plain and simple.
Obama says Republicans will use race to stoke fear

I don't want to be petty, seriously I don't. However Barack Obama is making it very hard. Maybe that's the issue, maybe I should be petty, maybe we should all be petty. Maybe my frustration in not wanting to be petty about what Obama does is exactly why I should be petty. Above is the latest Obama campaign seal and the seal of the POTUS. I would be just as bothered if McCain had taken the Presidential Seal and made it suit his campaign. But McCain would never have done this. Why? Because he knows it would be a huge negative and a means for him to be attacked. Yet Obama does this and for the most part no one is bothered. I am bothered. I am bothered by the arrogance Barack has. It's as if Hillary has possessed him and now he believes that he has already won. Now he is saying that the GOP is going to play the race card. Has the GOP played the race card? No they haven't, but guess who just did play the race card? Barack Obama just did, but that's OK because he is the black guy and is allowed to play the race card if it benefits him. In the same speech he said that the GOP would also attack his feisty wife. Maybe if his wife would quit making stupid comments and stopped campaigning for him then she wouldn't be subject to criticism. All of these things are simply a distraction from the fact that Obama has abandoned his "Hope and Change", has started to flip flop on his commitments and his inexperience is beginning to show. This man is no better than Hillary, he has a voting record that is in fact more liberal than other Senators who are admitted Socialists. This is change that the country cannot afford. We all need to start looking past how wonderful it is that a black man has a chance to win the White House and start treating this guy just like everyone else. I can't believe I actually miss John Edwards... But I still don't miss Hillary.

How did these people ever get jobs? They are simply being arrogant and ignorant in the face of a program that is harmful to our kids and our community. Michael A. Chihak, welcome to the Never Ending Parade of Stupid! DING DING! These writers at the paper continue to bring out these shallow arguments in editorials slamming the very people and the few people in this entire situation who care about the education of the kids. Raza/Chicano studies teach our kids that there is some vast conspiracy to keep Mexicans down. People are tired of the system being abused like this! It's almost as if they simply put these editorials out just to drive their comments up or get me to talk about them. Read the article - this China argument has nothing to do with ethnic studies. It's not as if China is going to be teaching the kids to come back and hate America. Yet that is the view put forward by the Raza/Chicano Studies. How many different times do we have to lay out why the programs are dangerous, anti-American, a threat to our community and a waste of taxpayer dollars!
Every single article, editorial and opinion that has been written in the recent weeks in support of the Ethnic Studies has failed to do something. They have failed to address what is actually being taught in the classroom. Because therein lies the harsh reality. Therein is the reason why the Ethnic Studies needs to be abolished. Not one article, editorial and opinion from any of our local papers has bothered to question or answer these points about the Raza Chicano studies and what they teach:
-The basic theme of the curriculum was that Mexican-Americans were and continue to be victims of a racist American society driven by the interests of middle and upper-class whites.
-In this narrative, whites are able to maintain their influence only if minorities are held down. Thus, social, political and economic events in America must be understood through this lens.
-This biased and sole paradigm justified teaching that our community police officers are an extension of the white power structure and that they are the strongmen used "to keep minorities in their ghettos."
-It justified teaching that the Southwestern United States was taken from Mexicans because of the insatiable greed of the Yankee who acquired his values from the corrupted ethos of Western civilization.
-It was taught that the Southwest is "Atzlan," the ancient homeland of the Aztecs, and still rightfully belongs to their descendants - to all people of indigenous Mexican heritage.
The papers and their staff won't address these concerns because they refuse to admit that this is really what is being taught. Or the writers are just his bad at their job has have just bought the arguments that the program is justified because the kids get good grades and think. Have a good GPA should never be an excuse to justify a program that promotes hate and anti-American values at the tax payers expense.
-Stop the program and the waste of your tax dollars to fund the teaching of anti-American propaganda and hate!
Guest opinion: Raza studies gives rise to racial hostility
This started with former TUSD Teacher John Ward bravely stepping forward and exposing the truth behind the Raza Chicano Studies funded inside TUSD on your Tax dollars
TUSD's Raza unit survives under fire
Then came this article which confirms what John Ward was saying about the Ethnic Study programs. Even the programs own director admits the program is divisive.
-Put a stop to the racism in TUSDs Ethnic Studies by supporting R- Rep. Russell Pearce and Senate Bill 1108. This bill seeks to ban teaching in public schools that would “denigrate American values and the teachings of Western civilization.” Go to www.azleg.gov and email the legistlators to support the bill. Tell them your tired of your tax dollars funding this hate in our public schools.
For more information on SB 1108 these fine local students were kind enough to read the bill and videorecord it for us. Wasn't that nice of them.
Keep up the Pressure!

Andrew's random video for Monday: I think I found a real parade of stupid, and of course it comes from San Francisco. Watch this and realize that this is what some people want our city to become...
And in honor of George Carlin passing today, here's one of his classic bits. I loved George Carlin when I was younger... his last few HBO specials weren't nearly as good as his early stuff, but you can't deny that he was a groundbreaking comedian - the kind of social critic you just don't see anymore in comedy. RIP George Carlin.

Rep. Hensarling Wants Probe of Senators

So much for bringing integrity and dignity to congress there, Nancy. I don't know whether members of Congress got deals on their home mortages or not, but it does bring up the question - just what has this Congress done and what promises have they fulfilled since they gained control? I don't have the quick answer to that, but I do know some of what they have accomplished...enjoy!
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.
Since voting in a Democratically controlled Congress in 2006 we have seen:
1) Consumer confidence plummet;
2) The cost of regular gasoline soar to over $3.50 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value evaporate (stock and mutual fund losses);
5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars;
6) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.
America voted for 'change' in 2006, and we got it!
Remember, it's Congress that makes the laws,.not the President. He has to work with what's handed him.
More weapons caches turning up in Iraq

I see stories like this, or talk with LTC Matt Garner in Iraq and I wonder what the country would be like if we gave proper attention to the Iraq war. Imagine if the coverage were as intense as it was when the war was at it's worst. Do you think people would be feeling like maybe things are not so bad after all? Maybe the country wouldn't be so worried about the gas prices. Maybe Obama wouldn't be leading in the polls since everyone would know that are winning the war and to pullout would be to admit defeat in the face of victory. Let us remember always the brave men and women who are winning this war and fighting for our freedom every single day.
Winner of $57M Mega Millions has criminal record

There is a reason I don't ever play the lottery. Doesn't it seem like the majority of people who do play every week are idiots? There should honestly be some rules in place that says if you have been be convicted of a crime that you cannot win. Especially given some of the crimes this scum had been convicted of. These rules would never be in place of course because states need the money from lotteries. To ban people who have been convicted of crimes would be taking money from the states hands because, like I said, most players are idiots!
