In other good news, the traitor loonies known as Code Pink are apparently having a hard time getting people to join in their protests. Even "themed" protest days are not working as well as they used to. Personally, I think members of CodePink should simply pack their bags and move somewhere else. Although I did hear at one point that Berkeley wanted to become it own state/country or something along those lines. At this point I say let them. Then we don't need to worry about wasting our tax money for police or military assistance if they were to ever need it. They want to be anti-American let them take care of themselves.

Many peers back cross-dressing student

So we don't consider anyone under 18 an adult. You can drive at 16, but not drink until your 21. So what happens when a 17 year old says they are transgender and starts cross dressing at school? Should the school allow this obvious distraction, especially when other students join it to show support? What if you're the parent and the your 17 year old child decides to start cross dressing? The point here is that this is still a child and yet we are now allowing and even endorsing this type of behavior just because we are supposed to be diverse and open-minded. The rules somehow go out the window when it comes to sexual orientation. I had a long talk with my wife today about how pleased we were that we are now going to be home-schooling our 6 year old. I fear for the future of our schools and the crap that parents don't even know is being taught, advocated or endorsed.
