Meteorologist - Brian Basham

Brian Basham is the newest member of the KGUN9 On Your Side Weather Team.   For the past 3 years, Brian has been working at KTSM-TV in El Paso as the morning and noon meteorologist.  He's a pro on the Weather Central system and has experience forecasting from the studio and the community.   Brian is no stranger to the desert and Monsoon. Raised in Phoenix, he earned a degree in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State and also holds a journalism degree from NAU in Flagstaff.    Brian is the GMT and 11am meteorologist. With Kimberly, Ian (his former co-anchor in El Paso) April and Allen, he brings energy and expertise to an already solid show and to the dynamic weather team.     When he's not on TV, Brian spends most of his time with his wife and their dog, Wink. They enjoy taking long motorcycle rides, hiking and exploring new areas.
