Before radio and the stage, “Mr. Harris” spent ten years in the classroom teaching high school history and honing a current events course that eventually defined and propelled him into professional speaking and talk radio on 620 WTMJ in Milwaukee.
Over the course of four years, James T.’s spirited and substantive insight garnered attention, attracting a whole new weekend audience to WTMJ and reshaping the cultural “conversation” throughout the entire southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois market. “The Beautiful Man” found his way to Tucson by way of “fill in” for Tucson’s #1 talker, Jon Justice. His frequent “substitute teaching” gigs grew into Sunday Night with James T. Harris which has aired in the Tucson market since April 2010.
From the classroom to radio, Harris filters current events through generational perspectives with irreverent joy! The James T. Harris Show brings a balance of ethics, morality, humor and a wicked “right” hook to the political and cultural debate.
